Tricia Shu + Elise Carver
Inner Light Circle was born from a shared love of energy healing arts and a deep belief in the power of ritual, ceremony, and gathering in community. We found our way to one another through a mutual devotion to creating spaces where people can slow down, listen inward, and feel supported.

What quickly became clear is how naturally our paths and practices complement one another. Elise brings the wisdom of tarot, kundalini, and music—using sound and voice as tools for insight and connection. Tricia offers Reiki, Intuitive Meditation, and Akashic guidance, alongside a love of writing, painting, and performance as forms of creative expression. Together, we are guided by shared values of coherence, intention, and intuition, and by the belief that healing and transformation unfold more fully when gathered in circle. We are deeply excited to bring Inner Light Circle to the South Bay as a welcoming haven for local seekers—a place to gather, explore, and experience magic.

Tricia Shu is an energy healing practitioner, intuitive guide, and founder of Rose & Gold Reiki. With a background in graphic design and a lifelong love of painting, writing, and reading, her work naturally blends creativity with intuitive practice. Through Reiki, intuitive meditation, and Akashic guidance, Tricia supports deep relaxation, embodiment, and inner clarity. Her own journey has shaped a passion for creating spaces where people feel safe to slow down, soften, and reconnect with their inner wisdom—guided by the belief that healing unfolds most naturally when we feel seen, supported, and at ease.
ELISE CARVER
Elise Carver is a musician, tarot reader, and kundalini activation facilitator who weaves intuition, music, and honest insight into the spaces she holds. A lifelong songwriter and performer, she uses sound and voice to help others reconnect with their inner light and authentic expression. Her approach to Tarot is clear, grounded, and supportive—offering guidance that encourages growth and self-trust. Through kundalini activation, Elise supports reconnection with inner life force and embodied awareness.
