1. Nature of Services

The ILC provides educational, experiential, and community-based wellness events, workshops, and gatherings. ILC facilitators, staff, and guest presenters are not licensed medical, psychological, or healthcare providers unless explicitly stated.

Information, practices, and experiences offered by ILC are intended for educational and personal growth purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Participants are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any physical or mental health concerns.

2. Personal Responsibility & Voluntary Participation

​

Participation in all ILC events and activities is voluntary. By attending, participants acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after participation.

Participants agree to listen to their own needs and exercise personal judgment regarding engagement in any activity, including movement, meditation, breathwork, discussion, or experiential exercises.

3. Tickets, Registration & Entry

​

Due to limited venue capacity:

• A valid ticket or confirmed registration is required for entry.

• All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Tickets may not be resold, shared, or exchanged without written authorization from ILC.

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrival. Entry after this period may not be permitted in order to preserve the integrity and safety of the event experience.

ILC reserves the right to deny entry if event capacity has been reached or policies are not followed.

4. Respectful Conduct & Community Agreements

ILC is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Participants agree to:

• Treat facilitators, staff, and fellow participants with respect.

• Follow event guidelines and venue policies.

• Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, or disrespectful behavior.

ILC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behavior compromises the safety, wellbeing, or experience of others. Removal from an event does not entitle the participant to a refund.

5. Health & Safety

​

Participants are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for them.

By attending, participants acknowledge that:

• Wellness practices may involve emotional or physical experiences.

• Individual responses vary.

• Participants may stop participation at any time.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please seek immediate assistance from appropriate emergency services.

6. Emergency & Exceptional Circumstances

​

In the event of an emergency, unexpected conflict, or exceptional circumstance preventing attendance, participants are encouraged to contact ILC directly as soon as possible. While standard policies apply, ILC may review situations on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.

7. Media & Photography

​

ILC events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for educational or promotional purposes.

By attending, participants grant permission for their image or likeness to be used in ILC promotional materials unless a written opt-out request is submitted prior to the event.

8. Personal Property

​

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. ILC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property during events, except where required by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participation in ILC events is undertaken at the participant’s own discretion and risk.

ILC, its staff, facilitators, contractors, and venue partners shall not be liable for personal injury, emotional distress, loss, or damages arising from participation in events, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. Policy Changes

ILC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on the ILC website.

11. Acceptance of Terms

​

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending an ILC event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
